 Investigations are typically commissioned for the purpose of determining the suitability of a parcel for a building structure. When projects enter the construction phase is when our engineers kick it into high gear. Our field engineers are seasoned experts at grading, shoring, construction inspection and field density testing. In the grading phase, certain factors about the soils and rock will come to light that were not known during the investigation phase. These situations demand the reevaluation of site conditions. AES performs prompt supplemental analysis to get the project moving again, saving the builder time and money. |
