Continuing Education

 AES is committed to encouraging its staff to pursue continuing education in fields of study related to our line of work. Many staff members currently take courses at the university and at seminars to supplement their extensive on-the-job learning, taking courses in engineering, geology, and other sciences, and staying up-to-date on new techniques and trends in the industry. In addition, senior engineers and geologists routinely conduct in-house training sessions for junior staff.
